Cher makes history on the Billboard charts. The MAMA Awards were this week and we got you covered. TikTok’s top songs for the week are revealed, and hip-hop legend E-40 filled us in on his favorite recipes.

What’s good, y’all. It’s Thursday, November 30th. I’m Kyle. This is our New York City office and we are jumping right into our top story. Cher’s “DJ Play a Christmas Song” scores the singer a No. 1 on a Billboard chart in seven consecutive decades. Dang, that’s impressive. For seven straight decades, Cher has earned a new No. 1 on a Billboard songs chart. “DJ Play a Christmas Song” off the diva’s first holiday album ‘Christmas’ jingles up from No. 3 to No. 1 on the December 2nd-dated Dance Electronic Song Sales survey. Can we pause for a second? I can’t believe this is Cher’s first holiday album. Aren’t those like a rite of passage? The living legend now joins the only other acts, The Rolling Stones, to have at least one new No. 1 on a Billboard songs chart in each of the seven decades from the 1960s through the 2020s.
