It’s the “season of the sticks,” and Noah Kahan is helping us get prepped with his first-ever collaboration with outdoor gear brand L.L. Bean. As we ditch our swimsuits for puffers and parkas, this exclusive line of apparel will help keep you comfy and warm using the clothing brand’s insulating material. The collection, which is fittingly titled “Stick Season” — just like Kahan’s 2022 breakthrough album and its top 40 Billboard Hot 100 title track — features a mix of apparel and accessories to help keep you bundled even after the first snowfall hits.

Kahan took a pause from his world tour (which you can snag last-minute tickets to here) on Friday to do an unboxing of his favorite pieces from the cozy collection, which includes a quilted sweater jacket, flannel and anorak.

“A big part of my music and a big part of my philosophy with making music is … nostalgia and L.L. Bean has always been something that’s nostalgic to me,” the “Northern Attitude” singer said in the official campaign video.

That’s not the only thing that’s been keeping the Grammy-nominated artist busy either — he’s set to perform on BBC’s Live Lounge on Thursday (Nov. 23), according to BBC Radio 1’s post on X. This comes after Olivia Rodrigo’s cover of Kahan’s single “Stick Season” received such high praise.

Keep reading to shop our picks below, or you can view the entire collection here.

Mountain Classic Anorak

The Mountain Classic Anorak is also available in women’s sizes, but will keep you warm and not reaching for another layer thanks to its insulating materials. It’s designed with a waterproof material with a hood and adjustable drawstrings you can customize to your liking.

L.L.Beanie

L.L. Bean’s beanie will not only help keep your head cozy during the chilly weather, but uses a knit ribbed material that’s simple yet stylish. It comes in a range of colors from basic to bold including black, gray, red and green for you to pair as a statement or neutral accessory.

Maine Guide Lightweight Merino Wool Field Shirt

One of Kahan’s most-loved pieces from his collection is a classic flannel, which he claims everyone in Vermont and New Hampshire sport. It’s made from a thick yet soft merino wool material that’ll help keep you warm whether you layer it or wear it alone.

L.L.Bean Upcountry Waxed Cotton Down Sweater

Stay comfortable without sacrificing fashion in this quilted cotton down sweater. It’s designed with a zip-up closure and two front pocket that you can warm your hands in or store small objects in like your phone, wallet and more. It’s also available in men’s sizes.

Keep your food and drinks cool with this spacious yet stylish soft pack cooler. It comes with a carrying handle and longer strap to throw over your shoulder. Plus, the durable material is rip-resistant while the interior fabric is both insulating and wipeable.

And, if you can’t find cheap tickets to see the “Dial Drunk” singer on tour, then you can catch him Saturday (Nov. 25) when he joins Saturday Night Live as a musical guest — wearing your Kahan merch too, of course.
