Billboard is celebrating the 65th anniversary of the Billboard Hot 100 by compiling the 500 best pop songs since the chart’s debut in 1958.

The full list spans artists from Lesley Gore to Carly Rae Jepsen, from Sam Cooke to SZA, from The Kinks to The Chainsmokers, from Chubby Checker to Rae Sremmurd.

The top 10 brought together a range of song from The Beatles, Dr. Dre, Carly Rae Jepsen, Kelly Clarkson, Michael Jackson, Madonna and more, with the number one song going to Whitney Houston’s classic, “I Want to Dance With Somebody (Who Loves Me).”
