Shania Twain‘s love for Taylor Swift is mutual. The “Man! I Feel Like a Woman” singer appeared on The Drew Barrymore Show on Tuesday (Oct. 17) and shared what it was like seeing the pop superstar wear an oversized T-shirt with the “You’re Still the One” singer’s face on it earlier this month.

“It’s really cool. I think that was sweet of her,” Twain said of Swift wearing the garment.

Swift was spotted wearing the shirt — sold by Free People, but now sold out — on Oct. 3 on her way into New York City’s Electric Lady Studios. The 12-time Grammy winner paired her Twain tee with biker shorts and chunky New Balance sneakers, and accessorized with a baseball cap, Louis Vuitton purse and her signature red lip.

Elsewhere in the interview, Twain gushed about her relationship to Swift. “I feel like I’m her aunt or something. We’re in synch in a lot of ways, and I really have a lot of respect and compassion for her,” she said of the “Anti-Hero” singer.

The 58-year-old also shared her admiration for Swift’s unflinching work ethic and ability to remain levelheaded through her level of stardom. “The weight of any young artist in her position is enormous, and she gets through it seemingly so effortlessly, but we all know that it’s not. It’s a lot of effort, a lot of work,” she said. “She’s a hard, hard worker.”

I reminded myself to return to that attitude, and that […]
