Amazon is taking you to court! Prime Video just premiered a riveting new movie titled The Burial on Friday (Oct. 13), which stars Academy Award-winners Jaimie Foxx and Tommy Lee Jones.

The film takes inspiration from a 1999 article from The New Yorker that spotlighted the case of a Southern small business up against a huge Canadian conglomerate. Foxx plays the charismatic lawyer Willie E. Gary who has never lost a case and is hired by Jeremiah Joseph O’Keefe (played by Jones). The film loosely unfolds the events of the trial as Jones’ character fights to save his small family business from corporate greed.

Other cast members you can expect to see include Jurnee Smollett, Mamoudou Athie, Bill Camp, Alan Ruck and Pamela Reed. The film was directed by Maggie Betts and written by Betts and Doug Wright.
