Few artists have earned the chart hits, fan support and critical acclaim that Taylor Swift enjoys, and it’s hard to imagine that many others ever will.

Emerging as a country singer-songwriter on her 2006 self-titled debut before branching out into the worlds of pop music, indie folk and beyond, Swift has notched nine No. 1s on the Billboard Hot 100, inspired a dedicated legion of Swifties and won the Grammy for album of the year three times — for Fearless, 1989 and Folklore. To put that into perspective, she is only the fourth person, and the first woman, to win that prestigious category three times.

Not to mention how Swift was honored as Billboard’s first ever Woman of the Decade at the 2019 Women In Music event, not just for her commercial success, but for her commitment to protecting creative rights, music education, literacy programs, cancer research, disaster relief and the Time’s Up initiative. And, when she found herself unable to reclaim the masters of her first six albums, she steamrolled a new path for herself by re-recording her old music, earning even more chart records in the process.

Spanning nearly two decades, here are Taylor Swift’s 50 biggest songs on the Billboard Hot 100, from “Tim McGraw” to “Anti-Hero.”

Taylor Swift’s Biggest Billboard Hot 100 Hits ranking is based on weekly performance on the Hot 100 (through Sept. 30, 2023). Songs are ranked based on an inverse point system, with weeks at No. 1 earning the greatest value and weeks at lower spots earning the least. Due to changes in chart methodology over the years, eras are weighted differently to account for chart turnover rates during various periods.
